Our principals come with a combined experience of over 20 years in the field of Technical Communication and User Experience.
Sri started his career working for two small European IT companies creating documentation for ERP and CRM solutions. He then moved to Infosys Technologies, a global IT company. As part of Infosys, he created user documentation for Enterprise Applications, Digital Video Solutions, and Defence applications. He achieved the Capability Maturity Model Level 5 (CMM 5) for his project. He was extensively involved in requirement analysis, effort estimation, project planning and tracking, defect analysis and prevention, process improvement, client interfacing and team management.
Prarthna started her career working in a small documentation firm, where she created documentation for Banking and Security products. She then moved to Infosys Technologies, a global IT company. As part of Infosys, she created user documentation for Banking, Education & Research, and Retail. She was awarded a ‘Departmental Award for Excellence in Innovation’ for an organization-wide initiative. She was extensively involved in requirement analysis, effort estimation, project planning and tracking, defect analysis and prevention, process improvement, client interfacing, and team management.
